How do I get my bags to my pitch?

The site is not too big so you can walk to most areas in under 10 minutes. If you would like some help we offer a few different services.

Festival Buggy - £5 per trip

You join the queue for these once you have your wristbands on and then one of our lovely members of staff will come and pick up all of your belongings and one lucky person will get to ride in the buggy too.

Trolley Hire - £5

If you want to skip the queue or you have more than one trip to do then you can rent a trolley to go back and forth from your pitch to your car. Please note that we require a £20 deposit for the trolley and you will need to return your trolley within 30 mins to get your £15 back.

Can I bring a gazebo?

We do allow gazebos but no larger than 3m x 3m. We also ask that you are respectful of other campers and keep your space to a comparable area to the size of your group.

I've never been to a festival before, will I enjoy Tribfest?

Yes!

Tribfest is the perfect first time festival. It doesn't get overcrowded, out toilet and shower facilities are kept clean all weekend, and there's something on the lineup for everyone.

We cater for audiences of all ages, from pushchair to wheelchair, Tribfest is great for all the family.

I can't find my eticket, what should I do?

Don't panic! When you order your tickets you will get an email confirmation and then all tickets will be sent out on 1st July. However, if you still need more information please email info@edentertainments.co.uk and give us as much information as you can. Don't leave it until last minute.

Please note our ticketing partner is CM Ticketing so your email will be from them.

Can I get phone signal at Tribfest?

Unfortunately, the phone signal isn't great at Sledmere House. We've found that the best network for coverage at Tribfest is Vodafone.

The best way to avoid getting lost from your friends is to make plans to meet up at a certain point at the festival at certain times. There's plenty of recognisable points around the festival site that can be used to meet at so make sure all your group know where and when!

We do have WiFi available in the Main Arena available to purchase for a fee.

Do you cater for people with disabilites?

Yes, we do! All our stewards will be wearing fluorescent tops and will have been briefed on our facilities for people with disabilities; please ask them for any help or advice you may need over the weekend.

Toilets are within each area - the main arena and disabled campsite. All disabled toilets will be made as accessible as possible and as near to the main amenities within the site.

There will be a designated disabled camping area which will be as near to all main entrances as possible. On arrival please ask stewards for directions.

We try to make the festival as accessible as possible to those with special needs, but please note it is still some way (across grass) to the main arena, as dictated by the site. There are disabled toilet facilities in the arena and campsite. If you have particular needs, get in touch with us in advance. We'll do our best to help.

Anybody wishing to camp over the weekend must provide, prior to the festival, evidence of disability.

Our aim is to make your time at Tribfest a memorable one, don't be afraid to ask any of our staff on the day for help. If you feel we need to add more information regarding disabled issues please get in touch at info@edentertainments.co.uk or telephone Ed on 07802533414

Can my tickets be refunded if I am unable to attend on the day?

Sorry, tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

No tickets will be allowed to be sold on social media sites or any commercial selling sites, such as eBay. This is due to the fact that each allocated eTicket has the name and address of the purchaser.

Many people come to the festival by car, train, bus, and bike.

Sledmere House, home to Tribfest, is only 7miles northwest of Driffield, 25miles from York, 19miles from Scarborough and just 10miles away from Beverley.

There will be signs from main roads and from nearby towns.

More detailed travel information can be found here.

Can I camp for just one night?

ONLY IF YOU HAVE A WEEKEND WRISTBAND.

You can camp for one night, two, three or four!

If you have a day ticket, camping is NOT ALLOWED

Do we still need to order a ticket for our under 5's even though they're free of charge?

Under 5's can come free, but the number of under 5's are limited. So you must 'purchase' the free tickets when you order adult tickets, and the under 5's will only be allowed entry on production of a valid ticket and (if requested) proof of age.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes, food and drink can be brought into the camping areas but no food and drink can be taken into the main arena. The food and drink on offer from the festival's traders inside the main arena is diverse and of the highest quality. There will be something on offer for everyone, and you haven't fully experienced the festival without trying some of the cuisine on offer.  Each person will be searched when entering the main arena, anyone attempting to take food or alcohol/drink into the main arena will have it confiscated. Anyone breaking these rules could lose their wristband and be removed from the festival.

PLEASE NOTE: No glass bottles are allowed to be brought from outside the festival into the festival, security teams will be searching bags on entry to the campsites and any glass bottles will be confiscated. However, in the main arena Wine, Prosecco and Champagne will be served in a glass bottle. ALL GLASS MUST BE RETURNED and there will be a refundable charge of £4 which will be refunded on return of the glass.

Will there be any covered areas if it rains?

There are a number of covered areas - the bars and music marquees and the Big Top.

Will I be able to re-enter the site if I leave during the day?

We hope you won't want to, and we try to ensure you won't need to. But if you do leave the site, you will need to see the stewards on the exit gate to ensure you will be able to get back in. All wristbands must be shown at all times.

Can we take our own chairs?

Tribfest isn't a 'picnic show', and people tend to stand to watch the acts on the mainstage. We therefore don't allow people to bring furniture (other than small collapsible furniture) into the main arena - as it would be a saftey problem, and you wouldn't be able to see much anyway! Of course the various bars and catering areas have some seating available, and you're welcome to bring rugs or shooting-sticks, so you needn't be on your feet all day.

Drug Policy

As Tribfest is a family orientated festival, we have a zero tolerance stance on drugs and legal highs. We take the safety of festival goers as our top priority and will do all we can to make sure that everyone has a fun, but safe weekend!

Anyone caught selling drugs will be removed from the site and passed on to the Police. Anyone found using drugs will also be removed from the site and passed to the police.

Legal highs will not be on sale at the festival. Any trader found selling them will have their stock confiscated or face eviction from the festival site.

Note, there will be no cars allowed onsite throughout the festival unless authorised.

Cars towing caravans will be able to drive to their pitch but the car must be removed to the carpark as soon as the caravan is in place.

Will there be music in the campsites?

No there won't be music in the campsites. All the music and entertainment will be in the main arena.

Please note, sound systems are not allowed to be brought into the campsites.

Can I bring a BBQ?

Yes, but barbeques must be raised off the ground. Disposable BBQs and open fires are not allowed.

Any BBQs not raised off the ground will be extinguished.

Please note that this may change and is weather dependant. On site the Fire and Health & Safety team have the final say.

How does the eticketing system work?

All our tickets are sold online, just click onto the buy tickets page. You can go online buy, download and print off your etickets and store them in a safe place ready for Tribfest.

Make sure you have saved your email you used for booking the tickets in case of problems and you must bring all your etickets with you on the day that you have purchased them for.

On your arrival each eticket has a barcode on which we will scan and your details will appear on our computer with what you have purchased. You will then be given your allocated carparking, camping/caravan pass and your chosen wristband for the day/weekend

NOTE You will need to bring proof of identity with you, your driving licence or something with your full name on when we scan the ticket so we can match your purchase. Once the ticket has been scanned it will not scan again and will show up on the screen as already allocated so this is important.

Your wristband must be shown at all times and will be checked. Any broken wristbands will be taken off the person and the person WILL have the choice to buy another wristband or removed from the site. All those without wristbands will be removed from the site.

Anyone with an adult ticket deemed to be under the age of 18, will not be given an adult wristband unless proof of age is provided on the gate.
